Power Semiconductors and Applications Center (PowerSAC) · Center Director: Prof. Kevin J. Chen (IEEE Fellow)
I am a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), affiliated with the Power Semiconductors and Applications Center (PowerSAC), directed by Prof. Kevin J. Chen (IEEE Fellow). I received my Ph.D. in Electronic & Computer Engineering from HKUST in 2023 (supervisor: Prof. Wing-Hung Ki; thesis: IR-Drop- and Timing-Aware Power Management Techniques for Microprocessors). I previously served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow and Assistant Research Fellow at the School of Integrated Circuits, Tsinghua University (2023–2026, supervisor: Prof. Xiaosen Liu), and earned my B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Southeast University in 2018.
Independently spearheaded the end-to-end design, tape-out, and experimental validation of 7 flip-chip PMICs, and co-designed and verified 4 additional flip-chip PMICs, maintaining a 100% silicon success rate. Established an end-to-end design methodology for flip-chip PMICs and SiP integration. First-authored 3 flagship conference papers at IEEE CICC 2026 and IEEE ESSERC 2026, and 2 regular papers in IEEE JSSC on advanced IVR architectures.
